A Wholesale Automobile Dealer (WAD) CAN ONLY sell to another WAD or a Retail Automobile Dealer (RAD) . Customers buy the vehicle from the RAD and Travoys, LLC would cover any warranties with the vehicle. The customer’s price includes all RAD fees. The cost of ownership (Taxes, License and Insurance) must be paid prior to ownership transfer.
