The system allows him to select down to the color of "any" vechicle wanted and it will locate the site and time it will be auctioned. There is a Condition Report with the vehicle that shows problems and assigns an overall point rating from 0 to 5. Johnnie will email the vehicle information, which includes the condition report to potential customers and, if agreed, a bid will be placed on the vehicle based on the total cost the customer wants to pay (this is done through a signed agreement and a downpayment).
