Our process includes:
- Understanding our client -- your position in the community, your culture, your objectives, key players' management styles and personalities, and company norms, values and attitudes
- A specific Needs Assessment that you, our client, help us formulate. Including thorough specific position specifications or job description, and performance expectations
- Search specific methodology – every search assignment we accept is different and requires a different road map to success
- Once we've identified and qualified key candidates, we go deeper. We probe to understand their motivations, their hot buttons, and if passive, what drives them to decide to change jobs. We use this information throughout the hiring process to ensure that they are in sync with your organization and your opportunity.
- We work hard on our process control, and pride ourselves on soliciting offers from our clients ONLY when we are near 100% sure of acceptance. We don't like surprises and neither should you!
